Scott Carter--Builder/President of Scott Homes

Scott Carter is an award-winning builder of custom homes in the Denver metro area. He has a passion for the home building industry and takes an active day-to-day role in every project. He takes great pride in building exceptional homes using the finest materials and time-honored craftsmanship. It is this commitment to quality that has established him as an outstanding homebuilder in Denver’s neighborhoods.

Scott began his construction career in New Hampshire at age four, where he swept out the homes his father built. In the years that followed, Scott learned from some of the finest New England Artisans how to build homes from the ground up. With a desire to move West and a vision to create his own construction company, Scott moved to Colorado in 1993 to pursue his dream. Scott has successfully owned and operated his own companies since 1994. Recently, Scott has been building 12-15 custom homes a year in grand developments such as Cherry Creek Country Club, Bear Dance, Stapleton and Buell Mansion. He won numerous awards for his home in the 2003 Parade of Homes, and that same year won the Silver Bar Award for best custom home in the 4,000-5,500 finished square foot category.

Tara is the Director of Marketing and Sales for both companies. She has an extensive background in sales and branding; her formal education comes from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

This team also builds semi-custom homes under Brookline Homes, LLC. They have current projects in Ravenna, BackCountry, Solterra, Bear Dance, Red Fox Run, Denver Country Club, Cherry Creek Country Club, Buell Mansion, Eisenhower Park, Montclair, Belcaro, Reunion, and Blackstone Country Club.
